About this position

KUBIKx develops digital ventures for the logistics and transportation space. As an Ideation Manager, you ensure our ideation process generates valuable ideas that build the foundation for new ventures. You work closely with workshop participants as well as with the Founder in Residence, our Partner Management, UX and Product Management to support the Venture Development Process with your ideation expertise.


What you will do

  • In the big picture, your role is to facilitate our ideation process, where identified problems are transformed into validated solution ideas.
  • You design, lead and post-process our ideation workshops.
  • You make sure the environment for a great workshop is set.
  • You guide the workshop participants in a step-by-step system to enable them to generate great solution ideas.
  • Eventually, you make sure that the validated solution idea is well documented and all relevant parties, including the workshop participants, the Founder in Residence, and our leadership are well informed.

Your profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience in UX or product management.
  • You are an experienced workshop facilitator having designed and led through numerous workshops.
  • Design Thinking and Design Sprints are your second nature.
  • You love it to get the best out of anybody in any setting.
  • You have an endless drive - you are not only self-motivated but you are able to move the whole team forward constantly.
  • You are an excellent communicator who is able to inspire colleagues and stakeholders alike.
  • This role requires you to fluently speak German and English.
