About this position

KUBIKx develops digital ventures for the logistics and transportation space. As a product innovation manager, you are responsible for the ideation, definition and validation of greenfield products that ultimately become new ventures. You work closely with the Founder in Residence as well as UX and Business Development and support the Venture Development Process with your product expertise.


What you will do

  • In the big picture, your role is to ideate, define and validate a prototype that forms the core product of the new venture.
  • You analyze customer problems and identify which ones are worth pursuing.
  • You play an active role in the solution ideation process, then prototype and validate the solution idea.
  • Eventually, you define a concrete product, including a product vision and roadmap, in close alignment with the Founder in Residence to support the emerging business model.

Your profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience in designing digital products from scratch and leading the tech teams to deliver them.
  • You are well skilled in all phases of the product development process.
  • Design Thinking and Design Sprints are your second nature.
  • You have an endless drive - you are not only self-motivated but you are able to move the whole team forward constantly.
  • You are very data-driven and you know your tools.
  • You are an excellent communicator who is able to inspire colleagues and stakeholders alike.
  • This role requires you to fluently speak German and English.
  • You are interested in becoming a co-founder yourself eventually.
  • BTW, past experience in the logistics sector or related fields would be a great plus.
